(i want to be private) is a collaborative project between myself and fellow artist David Shere. We have combined our skills to create an digital video/physical computing installation that creates an interactive engagement between the viewer and a digital surrogate, or a digital representation of a person. More photos and video coming soon. We will be working together over the next year to refine and develop the project until it is ready to tour. I am very excited about this new work and look forward to seeing it travel to many different festivals and institutions. A working prototype of this piece debuted at the UC San Diego Art Gallery from December 3-5th, 2014.
